This certificate offers an introduction to various methods and principles in art-making and art historical research. Students will learn to develop complexity in conceptual discourse and discipline in physical practice. Topics may be diverse depending on student's choice of courses. 课程s topics include but are not limited to Drawing; Painting; Ceramics; Art and the Environment; Renaissance to Contemporary Art History; African, 亚洲, 伊斯兰教, and Mesoamerican Art History, 等.
Program outcomes
  1. Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the scope and variety of the work of artists and art movements and their sociopolitical contexts.
